Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food. Server forgot to place our order. Server was very forgetful. We had to frequently ask for everything from napkins to coffee, manager (twice). Food average yet gave us heartburn. Reseated ourselves do to misbehaving children. Restaurant got overcrowded when we were leaving. We will not eat at this establishment in the future. Only good thing about the meal was meeting manager Jeremiah, who did his job well.
Would not come back. Just didn't seem like the staff knew what they were doing. Twice people came up to our table with some one else's order. Was told my meal came with sides only to be informed after order placed it did not.But the biggest issue for me was when our meal was served we had no silver ware. Caught our waitress and told her she says she will get some. Watched her go off get some one else's bill and bring it to them and off again. Had to stop her a 2nd time to remind her. If some ones food is sitting there first priority is get them utensils to eat with first especially since its not my fault I don't have any. Not impressed at all with service.
We went to the one on Holt and sat for about 20min without any service. So after notifying management we left and went too the Ryan Road location and received wonderful service. Kind staff and superbly delicious food.
Came in for drink and appetizer. They have a margarita as a special. It was either 2.99 or 3.99. It was by far the worst drink i have ever had ! Said something to a bartender with no response. Told our waitress, she at least apologized for it. Neither said anything about make another or taking it off our bill. Don't plan on going back!
The food was terrible. My "garlic" mashed potatoes had no flavor. Not even salted. They were cooled as if sitting on my plate for a half hour. My steak was subpar in flavor it was so sad. The only good thing about the meal was the server was good. That's about it. They need better cooks.
