Jessica has cut my hair several times and she does a fantastic job! She always asks me before she starts cutting what specifically I am looking for. This is a great way to start a session. I am very pleased with the way she cuts hair. Plus the other benefit, nice to talk to also.

And she seemed like she understood what i wanted. And again, I only wanted a cut so I left with my hair still damp afterwards. BUT, I get home and straighten my hair to see the new layers and my boyfriend starts to laugh and asked me if I cut my hair myself because it looked horrible :( The layers did not flow well at all and everything was chopped up looking like a toddler went at it with scissors. Will be going back with my receipt to get this fixed (hopefully) but not sure if I will give the same stylist a second chance at it.
As of this moment 1 star is all this place deserves. The stylist I saw might have been having a bad day or something I don't know but this is the worst hair cut I have ever had. I checked in online and had no wait time to be seen, all good. Had arrived with my hair freshly washed and was only going in for a cut. I only wanted my bangs evened out, half inch cut off the back, and long layers added to my hair. Felt comfortable with the stylist

I have been bringing my kids here for years and always received great service. A competitor opened nearby and I was lured in with a free haircut coupon. Boy was that a mistake! I will never take my boys to a different salon again. Loyal Great Clips customer!
