Horrible, embarrassing, frustrating experience at the highest possible rating. I made an appointment with Alin for a partial highlight for my roots, my hair is yellow from the blonde she did put in, my roots are worse now then they were before (dark brown) and it is the furthest thing away from even. Some strands were weaved and some just were half brushed on etc. not only that but it took over two hours just for the application FOR A PARTIAL! I left with wet hair straight from the sink after paying. Alin told me I could come back a week from now if I still didn't like it. I was doing the best I could to not cry, I was going straight to other plans I had and I literally couldn't leave the house it was so bad. I called two days later because I was so embarrassed with my hair. I called in the morning and made an appointment at 1:30 with Michelle and she finally got me in the chair at 2:15. Almost three hours later it looks decent when my hair is down but horrible when my hair is in a ponytail (which is how I mainly wear it). Michelle told me to come back to complete my bangs. I'm so frustrated and I know all this is so bad for my hair. It wasn't suppose to be like this, how can professionals of so many years do asap bad. For spending almost six hours at this place and still being completely embarrassed and unsatisfied with my hair, I am absolutely furious and let down. The manager, Michelle was suppose to be here till 2:30 today and told me to come in before two (try for 1:45 she said) so she could have enough time to at least apply the last part (bangs) which is the most important part to me. I get there at 1:50 (which I left work for) and she's gone! I walk in and she's gone! Talk about caring less about their clients and on THEIR F Ups! I would never recommend this place and will spread that word as much as I possibly can! Absolutely ridiculous. We own our own business and would never catch us for a second with this poor of customer service. If you are miserable and have nothing positive then you can offer then please, change your profession.

First time I had my hair professionally colored. Evis spent so much time on my hair and it's beautiful! The rest of the staff was also very polite and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back
