The entire staff was kind and compassionate. They let me call whenever and I called they were taking care if an emergency and said they call me back and they did. Expensive yes, but to get the care our puppy needed to stay alive, you have to pay the price. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
They were prompt friendly and professional. My dog received great care and I was reassured by staff that she would be fine. I will definitely go back!
I almost lost my little guy about a month ago and didn't know where to go that late at night but they took great care of Cielo. There staff was friendly and I talked to several over the two days he was there, always willing to answer questions and let you know you are not crazy just protective and want to help your baby. They even followed up a week later to see how he was doing.
When my fur baby Sparrow needed help we were referred to Lakeshore Veterinary Specialist. I was so pleased with the care we received. Great place and great people.
Good vets, great surgeons, lousy staff. Good place to give your dogs fleas if they have to stay overnight. For good measure the staff will say that it is your fault because they were exposed. Not too happy with them, and of course the manager is "not available". Too bad, but glad they get good veternarians and surgeons to them...$4500 for a surgery to give the dog fleas. Bummer.
