I stopped at Bentley's in Oak Creek today to pick up few items for my dogs. I was promptly greeted by a smiling employee who asked if I needed any assistance finding anything particular item. The staff was friendly, had a smile on their face and was prompt in checking me out. The employees also promptly greeted other customers coming into the store. Fantastic customer service with a smile!
I live in Fon Du Lac county and was driving to my brothers house in Caledonia with my dog Murphy to watch the BADGERS play tonight. When half way there I realized I did not bring enough food for my dog. I called around to see who sold Fromm dog food and I got a hold of Bentleys Pet Stuff in Oak Creek. When I arrived there I was met by the owner and she allowed Murphy to come into the store and she took pictures and hooked me up with everything I needed for Murphy. Both of the Lady's were very kind to me and Murphy. I would recommend this store for all of your pet needs. If you ever need anything for your pet this is most definitely the place you need to go. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This place has friendly and very welcoming staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. It is amazing to have a pet store in the area that sells FROMM dog food! My dog Trixie loves going to Bentley's because they give her so much attention
