No way around the fact that home buying, especially your first time, is a nerve wrecking experience. But, Eric always made this feel less stressful than it had to be, and his knowledge on the home buying process helped guide us through the experience with relative ease. We were able to find a home and get an accepted offer after less than a month of looking.
He is very personable and easy to get along with. He is sincere and will give you his honest opinions, he’s not pushy or trying to get you into a home to make a sale. That was one of my greatest fears when starting the process of finding a buyer’s agent. I liked that he focused mainly on the buying side of things, so I never had the feeling that he was trying to push a home that his company was selling on us. I was leery that other companies whose main focus is on the selling side would do that.
I cannot state enough how please we were with Kucifer Realty, and will not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Eric Kucifer to all those who are thinking of buying a home. We well be calling him up when we are ready to sell!
