Clean and orderly. Staff is friendly. Lines move fast. The reclining chairs are awesome. I also have never run into anyone using their phone during the movie.
I love the new seating they have now. It makes it more comfortable and you want to stay and watch the whole thing. The people are very nice never have been rude and have gone out of their way for me. The new food items they have are amazing a little pricey but still very good. The bar has and mKes great drinks also a little pricey but good. I would go again and tell friends about it.
The customer service here was great. Although the lines to the snacks were long, it moved fast. The bar very similar. It needs a little more work on speed, but the customer service was great. Quality over quantity is definitely ok in my book.
Didn't like the movie. We expected more circus. Boring. Didn't even know it was a musical.
Popcorn tastes like rubber. The first bucket was all snibbles and bits with little butter and the refill was worse.
Went to see Annabelle last night and I must say I was pleased with the movie even though it was pretty scary. When we walked in we asked the guy what seats were available and said that only the 1st and second row. I asked him if he was sure that those were the only seats and he said yes. We were already there so we took what we could get. I hate being that up close to the screen it hurts my eyes. We get in the movie theater and noticed that there were plenty of empty seats to the far back on the theater. I paid it no mind thinking that maybe people still haven't come in yet. Halfway through the movie I looked back again and there was still not much a difference from before. I was a bit puzzled. I could have gotten a better seat and didn't because they were not accurate with the seating chart. Seating in a movie theater is very important to me. I was disappointed to say the least. I do love the $5 movie deal that Marcus has to offer though. My only thing to complain about which is a big deal is the updating of the system when it comes to seating. I will also add that I love that fact that you can lean back and watch the movie with comfort so for that I have added an extra star then the 2 I originally put.
