Menards is a great store for tools and hardware and general household goods. Their staff do not necessarily know much about specific home improvement tasks though so if you need advice go to your local hardware store or YouTube
Bought a few things on Veterans Day and asked if they offered a military discount. The answer was no, not even on the 11th. From now on I'll shop at Lowe's or Home Depot. They offer a 10% discount every day.
Store is clean and organized however the staff could use work. I was buying a tree stand and struggled to get it on a cart. The whole time a store employee stood right there watching me but continued to have a conversation with his buddies who were there. Not once did he offer to help and the same with the gentleman the was gathering carts in the lot . Walked right on by I was trying to pick the stand up and load it into my truck. Again stores nice , staff needs help on customer relations.
Went for light fixture & LED bulbs. Looking at new vanity and. Christmas decorations. Aisles are roomy, lots of selection. Couldn't find an item, employee walked me right to it.
Menards is great. So much stuff and good prices.
