Bought a mattress 9 months ago for $1,300 which failed. Normal companies would give you an in-store credit or a like for like mattress. Not steinhafels... I found a 800 one that suited us better and I was told I would not receive a 500 dollar credit which sounds like hwy robbery and a farce. Bob's discount said come right over and they will take my manufacture credit and allow me to shop in house with the difference. Bye felicia!
Purchased an entertainment center that needed to be replaced three times due to damage during transit. The last replace they sent out was "inspected" but still damaged.
Summer was very helpful, how ever my wife was hoping to get matching pillows from a chair purchase to match a couch purchase and for a purchase over $2,000 they couldn't throw in the pillows which will cost $60 retail. Really! It will be a separate purchase. Don't think you wanna lose a 2k sale over $60.
We'll take our business elsewhere.

I found some very interesting and nice furniture here. I'm not used to buying a lot of furniture so it may just be me but I thought the prices were rather high and I would need to shop during sales or get something from their clearance section. They were very helpful answering my questions and loading a purchase I made into my car.
Great selection of furniture. You may have to find it all by yourself. Sales team, I assume doesn't work on commission. As they didn't seem to want to sell us anything at least...
