Customer in front of us said they were there for 2 hours. Service very slow. Unable to return non-compatible sim card because manager wasn't there. They said I could leave it there and they would refund it later. Called in next day and they said you'd have to come in with credit card. Came in and have been waiting for more than 20 min to return card. Also good luck actually calling one of the stores. I tried calling 5 different stores trying to find one that has sim cards in stock to bring your own phone for about 15 min straight and was only able to get one store to answer the phone.
Fred was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to me, and even suggested a different phone than I was going to get, that actually works better for my purposes. He is amazing!
Avoid at all cost.....My co-worker and I both tried to setup service with them, after 2 hours we both walked out angry.
I received the best service at this location. Extremely friendly service and a knowledgable staff. I had Jennifer and Kelsey help my husband and I. They were fantastic!
We wanted to give them money....Pathetic they couldn't get us in their archaic system.
