Waited in line for almost 10 minutes to get into the actual car wash due to the lady in front taking her time discussing her wash options with the attendant.
This is not how you retain customers, specially! When there is so much competition in the far wash business.
First time here, I was hoping to schedule a interior detail but I was told they were booked out pretty far for that on the weekends.
What the attendant should have done is ask the lady to park aside and let the by now 8 deep car wash line proceed to wash their vehicles.
I did get the 'Better Wash' & added 'full service' and ala cart '2 mats' to be cleaned, it ended up being just under $30 & in all honesty it was totally worth every penny. They washed the exterior and cleaned interior of a Jeep that was driven back & forth to CA (mad smashed bugs in the grill), had the top off for several months & not been wiped down/vaccumed all summer - the outcome was better than I e-v-e-r expected. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint per se was the lady that helped me for the entire transaction including doing the interior work. While she provided truly excellent service, especially in the interior cleaning of my Jeep, she was a bit abrasive in her interaction with me. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. Overall very happy with the wash/express detail service.

Very much "express" service for basic car wash. Extra $$$ cost and appointment for bug and tar removal. Inside windows left quite streaky. Free do it yourself vacuum available. Nice staff and hard working, just limited on options beyond basic was and wax
Great service. Great car wash. Free vacuums and towels and window cleaner and air freshner all included in your car wash. Washes start at just 6 dollars.
I really enjoy this car wash and purchase the monthly unlimited carwash packages for both my vehicles. As always the customer service makes 90% of a businesses impression. The customer service is incredible. Their employees are wonderful.
I will be going elsewhere in future.
